Stokke® Tripp Trapp® Newborn Set voluntary product upgrade

Stokke has decided to carry out a voluntary product upgrade owing to an identified product issue related to the harness of the Tripp Trapp Newborn Set produced from October 2018.

In very rare circumstances when the harness might potentially be assembled incorrectly after washing or replacing it, part of the harness could detach from the chair. An upgrade is thereby required to meet our internal standards.

We are therefore asking for your help. Please go to: https://reclamations.stokke.com/newbornupgrade to check whether your product is affected. If the product is verified as affected, you should continue your registration to receive instructions for receiving your new harness free of charge. The new harness is compatible with Newborn Sets produced from October 2018 and makes attaching and detaching the straps even safer and more convenient.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes you and would like to remind you that our products are approved to all relevant and prevailing safety standards.

Safety Announcement for Stokke® Steps™ Bouncer

Consumers who own the Stokke Steps Chair together with the Stokke Steps Bouncer may find in some circumstances that the Bouncer does not attach properly to the chair even though the locking indicator turns green. Should this happen, the Stokke Steps Bouncer may detach from the chair – because of caregiver or sibling interaction, for instance. This can pose a fall hazard for the child.
The risk is associated with Stokke Steps Bouncer produced between February 2014 and
21 December 2018.

Used separately, the Stokke Steps Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer represent no
risk and are safe to use.

Stokke is therefore asking for your help. Stop using the combination of the Stokke
Steps Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer and go to https://reclamations.stokke.com/stepsbouncer/ to check whether your product is affected. If the product is verified as affected, you should continue your registration to receive instructions on how to get your product repaired.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes you and would remind you that
our products are approved to all relevant and prevailing safety standards.
