Join a certified dietitian from Mount Alvernia Hospital as she introduces parents to Baby-Led Weaning (BLW) and traditional weaning approaches, including food texture progression and suitable alternatives for babies.
The session includes a live demo using the BÉABA Babycook, with meal preparation enhanced by Lilo baby-friendly seasonings, showing how nutritious and flavourful meals can be easily made at home.
