Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please review the information below before submitting a return or exchange request.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Customers will be notified within 3 business days regarding the eligibility of their return or exchange request.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original, unused and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals and accessories must be included.
  • Please provide your order number (e.g. #10005) when making a return.
  • Each item may only be exchanged once per invoice.
  • Returns that are damaged, used, incomplete, outside the return window or submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before returning your item, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@motherswork.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number (e.g. #10005)
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photographs or video of the item(s)

Our Customer Service team will review your request and advise on the next steps.

Return Locations

Once your return request has been approved, you may return your item to:

  • Motherswork Great World City Store
  • Motherswork Tanglin Mall Store
  • Motherswork HQS

Alternatively, you may arrange for a courier return to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds

Refunds, exchanges and store credits are subject to inspection and approval by Motherswork. Approval of refunds will be at the discretion of the Company Management.

Please note that shipping fees, delivery charges and other service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
