This Mother's Day, a great gift for expecting new parents is the My Beginnings keepsake baby book. Here, you can chart all your baby’s milestones, from the time he/she was in utero all the way till his/her first year. This collaboration for mums was conceptualised by Dr Ann Tan, Sharon Wong, and Winnie Chan, all mums themselves.
To celebrate the launch of this baby book on 24 April 2020, 30 of our favourite mums will showcase how they’ve personalised their books on Zoom. These books ($120, including GST) will be available at all Motherswork stores, Bynd Artisan Ateliers and Dr Ann Tan’s Women Fertility & Fetal Centre at Mount Elizabeth Orchard.
The Creators: Bynd Artisan
Bynd Artisan was founded by Winnie Chan and James Quan. Their team of consists of veterans in traditional bookmaking and leather craftsmanship with 100 years of shared experience. These ateliers and shop-in-shop retail luxurious paper and leather accessories, and offer customised notebooks. Additionally, aspiring artists can also attend their bookbinding and leather crafting workshops.
One of their latest endeavours is this stylish, ring-bound natural leatherette baby journal.
