Kombu, known as the the “King of Seaweeds” is recognized as a healthy superfood, abundant in nutrients such as calcium, potassium, vitamins, and dietary fiber. It is particularly rich in iodine and mineral content. Suitable for babies 12 months and above, provided no allergy.
