How long is the delivery after i place this gift box order?
Standard Delivery would take around 3 - 5 working days, However you can opt for same day delivery service at $18!
Can I request for exchange or return for my items in this gift box?
We understand that mistakes can happen! However, due to the personalised nature & limited quantities of products in our gift boxes, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. To ensure your gift is just right, please double check the spelling of names and all details before completing your order. Thank you for your understanding!
However we are able to update gift messages upon request :)
Can I request for my gift box to deliver on a certain date?
Yes, you can!
Simply specify your preferred delivery date in the "Remarks" box during checkout.
Can I choose my gift wrap colour/design?
