It's about time for a little switch up! Lemon blueberry to the rescue - we're here to chase away your milk milk blues 😉 Hint of refreshing lemon is great for a pick me up snack! As usual, these cookies are eggless and fenugreek free, packed with galactagogues for a quick, easy and yummy way for nursing/pumping moms to support nutrition and boost breast milk production.
Each pack contains 200g of cookies and comes in a nifty resealable bag. While every woman's body is different, most moms notice an increase in their milk supply within hours of eating 8 cookies, we recommend having these with our line of Boob Juice aka Lactation Teas!
Ingredients:
Flour, Brown Sugar, Butter, Dried Blueberries, Rolled Oats, Flaxseed Meal, Brewers Yeast (Halal Compliant), Lemon Juice, Sprinkle of Sea Salt.
How much to eat?
Eat 6-8 bookies at a go (recommended serving size to start) with our Lactation Teasor a glass of whole milk at least 2 hours before your next pump/latch session. Increase your intake if you don't feel a change, decrease your intake if it was like WHEEE! ry to eat AT LEAST 3 times a day!!
Storage:
Each packet contains approximately 30 cookies. Good for 3 months unopened from bake date in cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening for up to two weeks.
How does our bookies work?
Once you feel the let down at any point of time, latch or pump immediately. Removal of milk helps your body to produce more milk thinking that baby is drinking more. Remember more milk removal = more milk gonna be produced.
How long does it takes to see effect?
Eat 6-8 bookies at a go (recommended serving size to start) with our Lactation Teas or a glass of whole milk at least 2 hours before your next pump/latch session. You may feel fuller/ more let downs by that evening, or it may take a few days before you notice a boost in supply. Some women may not experience an increase; each body is different and responds differently to foods.
Who should avoid eating lactation cookies?
Basically anyone in the family can eat the cookies. However, Gooberr Bookies are not suitable for pregnant ladies.
