A time-honored nourishing stew created through carefully selected lotus roots blended with fresh chicken meat, sweetened with pitted honey dates and then cooked through a hearty broth of dried scallops with a subtle hint of cuttlefish fragrance. Lotus Root is a good source of vitamin C and B6, potassium and thiamine. Diced Huai Shan is added for extra nutrition and is known in Traditional Chinese medicine to improve babies' digestion and to calm nerves.
