• ⁠LPS Toughness Guarantee: We guarantee our backpacks against any manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date. 

We stand by the toughness of the bags we make. If you are not satisfied with our bags at the time you receive it, or if our product does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or send it back to Le Petit Society for a repair, replacement or refund. 

LPS Toughness Guarantee

• This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty covers reparable manufacturing issues such as damaged buckles, straps and zips etc. 

• Exclusions. This warranty does not cover accidental damages from mishandling of the bag such as subjecting the bag in rough cycle of a washing machine/dryer. Wear and tear from normal use or fading, scuffs, stains or general deterioration (holes, tears) on bag surfaces are not covered. Applied custom patches or personalisation effects on backpacks are also not covered under this warranty. 

• We reserve the right assess the condition of the backpack determine if a repair is viable or replace the defective product at our discretion.

• Should a repair or replacement not be not possible for any unforeseen reason (eg. If a certain style is out of production, no available replacement parts) We reserve the right to offer a gift card to address any inconveniences caused to the customer. The final amount will be determined at our discretion and will be considered final and non-contestable.

Care instructions:

• Recommended to spot clean if there are minor stains with damp cloth 

• Bag is machine washable on delicate cycle and should be placed in a mesh bag to prevent any snagging of zips or straps. Do not mix with other coloured clothing which may stain your bag. Note that our warranty may not cover certain damages caused by putting the bag in a washing machine. User discretion is advised. Refer to LPS Toughness Guarantee.
